The spiritual activities are overseen by the Krishna Jagannath Govindalayam (KJG) Trust while the World Cultural Development Foundation (WCDF) manages the cultural front. Importantly, there is a strict avoidance of any direct or indirect political affiliation or association.

ISCC comprises two key infrastructures – one dedicated to the temple for spiritual movements and another for a cultural center honoring the saints of the nation.

The temple serves as a juncture for all sects and beliefs within Hinduism. The central deities include Krishna, Jagannath, and Govinda, surrounded by Ganpati, Devi, Shakti, and other Gods.

The spiritual center is envisioned as a "devasthanam" and a sacred place for Hindus. It will be blessed with soil from all four Dhams, all Shakti Pithas, including those in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh, and soil from all Jyotirlingas along Kailash in China , sacred temple of Ganapati and Kartikeyan ..

ISCC will be constructed with the blessings of all saints who are pillars and milestones of Indian culture. The Cultural Centre will receive blessings and soil from the birthplaces of revered figures, including Buddha, Shankaracharya, Guru Nanak, Goraknath, Swaminarayan, Swami Vivekananda, Ramakrishna Paramahansa, Dayananda Saraswati (Arya Samaj), Swami Prabhupada (ISKCON), Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, Agastya Rishi, Basava Raishi, Sri Aurobindo, Gyaneswar Maharaj, Tukaram, Jalaram Bapa, Ravidas, Siridi Sai Baba, and many others.
